Welcome to Mary’s Tea Room. We’re a family-fun, independent Staffordshire café open six days a week. Set in the grand Bishton Hall, we boast scenic grounds, outdoor seating and a crowd-pleasing choice of artisan food items.
Come in and enjoy all of the finer things with a colourful variety of over twenty different types of loose-leaf teas by our very own brand The Tea Bees, locally roasted coffee, and a wide cake selection and savoury items on a growing menu.
We also serve iced coffee. Grab a bite on the side with our unique sweet treats like our exquisite cinnamon classic bun.

Enjoy a walk around the temple gardens, sit outside under our gazebos or bring your furry friends inside for some shade.
Vegan Options
Our delicious cakes and upcoming light, savoury lunch and breakfast menu items cater for vegan and gluten-free diets, so there’s no need to miss out.
We want our customers to have an experience when they enter Mary’s, so we’ve created a calming and relaxed environment that’s friendly and inclusive for everyone.
That’s why we open late on Thursday evenings 6 pm – 9 pm, for those who want some company through the dark nights.
Bishton Hall
Situated within the old chapel of Bishton Hall, we’re lucky enough to enjoy the sights of this grade II listed Georgian mansion. The beautiful, landscaped gardens are home to our spacious outdoor seating area.
